3PL · Fulfillment · Warehouse management
Quote the right fulfillment clients faster, and stop answering 'where's my order?' by hand.
Our AI agents for 3PL and warehouse management do two jobs. For new business, they qualify brand and shipper enquiries and collect everything you need to quote: SKUs, order volume, storage type and channels. For existing clients, they answer stock and order questions straight from your WMS, so your account managers stop living in their inbox.
Reads live data from your WMS through a secure MCP connection.

Example of a lead your agent hands over
The two inboxes
Your sales team and your account team are both drowning in email
Quote requests with half the details
A brand asks for pricing but doesn't say how many orders, SKUs or pallets. Three emails later you still can't quote.
Leads that will never fit
Frozen goods when you're ambient. Fifty orders a month when your minimum is a thousand. You find out after the discovery call.
'Where is my order?' all day
Clients ask about stock levels, inbound receipts and shipments. The answer is in the WMS, but someone has to look it up and reply.
What the agents do
One agent for new business, one for existing clients
Fulfillment lead qualification
Chats with brands on your website or calls them back, asks your qualifying questions, and builds a quote-ready brief.
- Order volume, SKU count, average order size
- Storage needs: ambient, cold, hazmat, lot tracking
- Sales channels and integrations
- Books the discovery call only when it fits
Client service from live WMS data
Answers your clients' questions by email, portal chat or Slack, using real-time data from your WMS.
- Stock on hand by SKU
- Inbound ASN and receiving status
- Order and tracking lookups
- Escalates exceptions to the account manager
How it connects
Your WMS stays the source of truth
We build an MCP server that sits between the agent and your WMS. It only exposes what you choose, such as stock levels, order status or receiving updates, and only for the client who is asking.
The agent can't change orders or inventory unless you explicitly allow it. Every lookup is logged, so you can see exactly what was asked and answered.
- Client A can never see client B's data
- Read-only by default
- Full audit log of every question and answer

FAQ
AI agents for warehouses and 3PLs: FAQ
Can an AI agent read data from my WMS?
Yes, through an API or database connection that we wrap in an MCP server. If your WMS has an API, we can usually connect to it. For in-house systems we work with your developers.
Can it give 3PL pricing to prospects?
It can share published rates or ranges if you want it to. Most 3PLs prefer the agent to collect the details and let the sales team send the final quote.
Is client data kept separate?
Yes. Each client is identified before any lookup, and the MCP server only returns data for that client's account.
Does it replace my account managers?
No. It takes the routine lookups off their plate so they can deal with exceptions, onboarding and growing the account.
