Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)

One profile per customer, built from every system you run.

Our Salesforce Data Cloud implementation brings website behavior, orders, support history and data from outside Salesforce into a single customer profile. Marketing gets segments that are actually accurate, sales sees the whole picture, and Agentforce answers with real context instead of half the story.

We'll tell you if you don't need it yet. For many SMBs, cleaning Sales Cloud data comes first.

In plain words

What Data Cloud does, and when it's worth it

Data Cloud pulls data in from many places, matches records that belong to the same person or company, and builds a unified profile. You can then build segments, calculate insights like lifetime value, and trigger actions in Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.

It's also how Agentforce gets context beyond standard Salesforce records, such as what someone did on your website or what they bought in your shop.

It's worth it when your customer data is spread across several systems and that's costing you sales. If everything already lives in Sales Cloud, you probably don't need it yet.

What we build

A Data Cloud setup with a clear job to do

Data streams and ingestion

Connect Salesforce clouds, your website and app events, e-commerce, ERP and data warehouses, with the right refresh schedule.

Identity resolution

Match rules that join the same customer across email, phone, account IDs and devices, tested on your real data.

Segments and insights

Audiences and calculated insights like lifetime value or churn risk, sent to Marketing Cloud, ads platforms or sales lists.

Grounding for Agentforce

Expose the right unified data to agents, so lead qualification and service answers use the full customer story.

How a project runs

Start with one use case that pays back

Step 1 1 to 2 weeks

Pick the use case

For example: win back lapsed customers, or give Agentforce order history. We map the data needed and estimate usage cost.

Step 2 3 to 6 weeks

Connect and unify

Data streams, mapping, identity resolution and the first segments or insights, validated with your team.

Step 3 Ongoing

Activate and expand

Switch on the use case, measure it, then add sources and use cases one at a time.

FAQ

Salesforce Data Cloud: FAQ

Do I need Data Cloud to use Agentforce?

Agentforce relies on Data Cloud under the hood, and some Salesforce editions include a Data Cloud allowance. You don't always need a big Data Cloud project to start. We'll check what your org already has.

How is Data Cloud priced?

Mostly by usage, through credits consumed by ingesting and processing data. We estimate usage for your use case before you commit, so there are no surprises.

What's the difference between Data Cloud and Informatica?

Data Cloud unifies and activates customer data inside the Salesforce platform. Informatica is strongest at integrating, cleaning and mastering data across many systems. Some businesses use both, with Informatica feeding clean data into Data Cloud.

Is Data Cloud the same as Data 360?

Salesforce has rebranded Data Cloud as Data 360. It's the same product family, and many people still search for it as Data Cloud.
