Revenue Cloud · Salesforce CPQ
Send the right quote while the buyer is still interested.
As Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ consultants, we turn your pricing spreadsheet and approval emails into a quoting process inside Salesforce. Reps pick products, the rules stop invalid combinations, discounts route for approval automatically, and a branded quote goes out the same day. Renewals and amendments follow the same rules.

Why quoting is slow
Every day a quote takes is a day the buyer keeps shopping
Pricing lives in a spreadsheet
Only one person really understands it, and every rep has a slightly different copy.
Approvals by email
A discount waits two days for a reply from a manager who's travelling.
Quotes with mistakes
Wrong bundles, missing items or the old price list, found by finance after the customer signed.

CPQ or Revenue Cloud?
Already on Salesforce CPQ? Here's the honest picture
Salesforce now steers new customers to Revenue Cloud, its newer quote-to-cash platform, instead of the older CPQ product. If you already run CPQ, it keeps working and we can support and improve it.
When it makes sense to move, we plan the migration in stages: products and pricing first, then quoting, then contracts and billing, so sales never stops quoting.
FAQ
Revenue Cloud and CPQ: FAQ
What is the difference between Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud?
Salesforce CPQ is the original configure-price-quote product, built as a managed package. Revenue Cloud is Salesforce's newer platform covering quoting, contracts, orders and billing, built directly into the core platform. New customers are generally pointed to Revenue Cloud.
Do small businesses need CPQ?
If you have a short price list and few discounts, Sales Cloud quotes may be enough. CPQ or Revenue Cloud pays off when you have bundles, subscriptions, tiered pricing or approval rules.
Can you fix our existing CPQ setup?
Yes. Common work includes speeding up slow quote pages, simplifying price rules, fixing renewal and amendment pricing, and cleaning up quote templates.
Can AI help with quoting?
Yes. Agentforce or a custom agent can build draft quotes from a conversation, check them against your rules, and send them for approval. It only works well when products and pricing are set up cleanly first.
