Salesforce Experience Cloud
Give customers and partners a front door into your Salesforce.
We do Salesforce Experience Cloud portal development: customer portals where people check orders and log cases themselves, partner portals where resellers register deals and pick up leads, and help centers with an AI agent that answers before anyone opens a ticket. All of it runs on the Salesforce data you already have.
Designed to match your brand, built with Lightning Web Components where the standard pieces aren't enough.

Leads from partners
Partner portals are a lead generation channel
If you sell through resellers, installers or referral partners, a lot of your pipeline starts outside your company. Without a portal it arrives by email, gets lost, or turns into a fight about who found the deal first.
A partner portal makes every partner lead visible in Sales Cloud, with clear ownership and status. Partners see their deals progress, which makes them more likely to send you the next one.
How we keep it right
Portals done properly
Security first
Sharing rules and external user permissions designed so each customer or partner sees only their own data.
On-brand design
Themes and components that match your website, not the default Salesforce look.
License planning
The right Experience Cloud license types for each user group, so costs don't grow faster than usage.
FAQ
Experience Cloud: FAQ
What is Salesforce Experience Cloud?
It's Salesforce's platform for websites and portals that customers, partners or employees log in to. It was previously called Community Cloud.
How much does an Experience Cloud portal cost?
There are two parts: Salesforce licenses for external users, which depend on the type and number of users, and the build. We help you pick license types and quote the build as a fixed project.
Can we add an AI agent to our portal?
Yes. Agentforce or a custom agent can sit on the portal, answer from your knowledge base and the user's own records, and create cases when needed.
Can partners get leads through the portal?
Yes. You can share leads with partners, track what they do with them, and let partners register their own deals for approval.
