Salesforce Agentforce

Agentforce that works on your real Salesforce data, not just in the demo.

We're a Salesforce Agentforce implementation partner for small and mid-size businesses. We build agents that qualify inbound leads, answer customer questions and update records inside your org, with clear rules about what they can and can't do. You get something your sales and service teams actually trust.

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud orgs. We check your data first, then build.

The honest bit

Most Agentforce projects stall on data, not on AI

Agentforce agents read your Salesforce records to decide what to say and do. If lead sources are messy, accounts are duplicated or key fields are empty, the agent will be confidently wrong.

So we start with a short review of your org: the objects and fields the agent will use, your lead process, your permissions. We fix what matters, then build. It's less exciting than a demo, and it's why the agent works in month three.

What we build

Agentforce agents for lead generation and service

  • External system calls
  • MCP and n8n where it fits

Guardrails

We decide what the agent is not allowed to do before we decide what it can do

The agent runs with the minimum access it needs, respecting your sharing rules and field-level security.

03

Tested on your edge cases

We test with real leads and cases from your org, including the angry, confusing and off-topic ones.

04

Watched after launch

We review conversations with you in the first weeks and adjust instructions, actions and data.

FAQ

Salesforce Agentforce implementation: FAQ

Is Agentforce worth it for a small business?

It can be, if you already run sales or service in Salesforce and have a clear, repetitive job for the agent, such as qualifying inbound leads. If you're not on Salesforce, a custom agent connected to your current CRM is often cheaper. We'll tell you which makes sense.

How much does Agentforce cost?

Salesforce charges for Agentforce separately, and pricing changes, so we help you estimate usage before you commit. Our implementation work is quoted as a fixed project after the org review.

Do we need clean data before starting?

You need the data the agent will use to be reasonably reliable. Our org review finds the gaps. Where data quality is the bigger problem, we may suggest a data project with Informatica or Salesforce tools first.

Can Agentforce connect to systems outside Salesforce?

Yes, through Flow, Apex, APIs, MuleSoft, and increasingly MCP. We connect agents to ERPs, booking systems and custom databases.
