Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Let your AI agents look things up instead of making things up.
We do custom MCP server development for businesses. An MCP server is a secure connector that lets AI agents, and tools like Claude and ChatGPT, read and act on your real systems: available booking slots, customer history in your CRM, stock levels, order status. Your agents answer with facts, and you control exactly what they can touch.

In plain words
What is MCP, and why should a business care?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard, first released by Anthropic and now supported by Claude, ChatGPT, many coding tools and a growing number of agent platforms. It gives AI one common way to connect to outside systems.
Without it, every AI tool needs its own custom integration. With it, you build one MCP server for, say, your CRM, and any compatible agent can use it, whether it's your website chat agent, your voice agent, or your team using Claude at their desk.
For lead generation this is the difference between an agent saying 'someone will get back to you' and an agent saying 'you're an existing customer, your last service was in March, and I can book you Tuesday at 10'.
What we build
MCP servers for the systems you run on
CRM and Salesforce
Look up customers, check open deals and quotes, create and update leads in Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Pipedrive.
Bookings and scheduling
Real availability from your calendar, field service or practice software, so agents only offer slots that exist.
Stock, orders and WMS
Product availability, order status and tracking from Shopify, your WMS or your ERP.
Internal knowledge
Price lists, policies, service areas and documents, so answers come from your sources, not the internet.
Security
Built so you can sleep at night
Least access
Each tool does one job and sees only the data it needs. Read-only by default.
Approval for risky actions
Anything that changes data, sends money or contacts customers can require a person to approve it.
Authentication
OAuth or API keys per user or per agent, so you can switch any of them off instantly.
Audit log
Every call is logged: who asked, what tool ran, what data came back.

FAQ
Custom MCP server development: FAQ
What is an MCP server?
It's a small service that exposes a set of tools, like 'find customer' or 'check stock', to AI agents using the Model Context Protocol. The agent decides when to use a tool. The server decides what it's allowed to do.
Do I need MCP if I'm using n8n?
Not always. n8n can call your systems directly. MCP becomes useful when several agents or AI tools need the same access, or when you want one controlled, audited gateway to your data. n8n can also act as an MCP client or server.
Is it safe to connect AI to our CRM?
It can be, if access is designed carefully. We use read-only tools by default, scope access per user, require approval for risky actions, and log everything.
Can our team use the MCP server in Claude or ChatGPT too?
Yes. The same server can power your customer-facing agents and let your staff ask questions like 'which quotes from last week haven't been followed up?' from their AI assistant.
