Marketing Cloud · Account Engagement (Pardot)
Send sales the leads that are ready, and keep nurturing the rest.
As Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot consultants, we set up the part most teams skip: scoring and grading that sales agree with, nurture programs that move people forward, and a handoff to Sales Cloud that happens at the right moment. Less 'marketing sent us junk', more booked meetings.
Account Engagement for B2B lead generation. Marketing Cloud Engagement for larger B2C audiences.

Which product?
Account Engagement or Marketing Cloud Engagement?
Account Engagement (the product most people still call Pardot) is built for B2B lead generation: forms, landing pages, scoring and grading, nurture programs and tight sync with Sales Cloud leads and opportunities.
Marketing Cloud Engagement is built for larger audiences and many channels: email, SMS, mobile push and complex customer journeys. It's common for B2C brands and businesses with big contact lists.
Many SMBs only need Account Engagement. We'll tell you honestly which one fits, and set it up so you're not paying for features you won't use.
What we set up
Marketing automation that sales actually trusts
Scoring and grading
A score for interest and a grade for fit, agreed with your sales team, so 'qualified' means the same thing to everyone.
- Score decay for old activity
- Grading on job title, industry, size
- MQL rules and alerts
Nurture programs and journeys
Emails and SMS that respond to what people do, not a fixed blast schedule.
- Engagement Studio programs
- Journey Builder journeys
- Re-engagement for cold leads
Clean handoff to sales
Leads arrive in Sales Cloud with source, campaign and activity history, assigned to the right rep with a task to follow up.
- Campaign influence reporting
- Lead assignment rules
- Closed-loop reporting back to marketing
Common fixes
If one of these sounds familiar, we can help
Sales ignores MQLs
Usually a scoring model nobody agreed on. We rebuild it with sales in the room.
Emails land in spam
Domain authentication, list hygiene and sending reputation, sorted before the next campaign.
Reports don't add up
Campaigns, UTMs and lead sources set up consistently so you can see what brings in revenue.
FAQ
Marketing Cloud and Pardot: FAQ
Is Pardot the same as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement?
Yes. Salesforce renamed Pardot to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. It's the B2B marketing automation product that works closely with Sales Cloud.
Do we need Marketing Cloud if we already have Sales Cloud?
Not always. Sales Cloud handles leads and pipeline. If you want automated nurture, scoring, landing pages and campaign reporting, Account Engagement adds that on top.
Can you fix our existing Pardot setup?
Yes. Common fixes are scoring models, messy prospect databases, broken sync errors, and nurture programs nobody maintains. We start with an audit.
Can AI help with marketing in Salesforce?
Yes. AI can draft email variants, segment audiences and, with Agentforce, follow up with leads directly. It works best once scoring and data are in good shape.
